The content and activities focus on the fundamentals of Organizational Behavior— how to diagnose organizational problems, motivate, resolve conflicts, negotiate, lead organizational change efforts, and reduce stress. Carefully examines the interactions among people within organizations to satisfy employee needs while achieving organizational objectives. (CSU)
