Includes hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrading, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair. Topics include communication protocols, basic input/output system (BIOS), power-on self test (POST) procedures, disk operating system (DOS), Windows, Linux, and local area network (LAN) fundamentals.
